What makes your content and outlook on fitness different?

My focus is to help you FEEL good. There are many talented social media fitness gurus/influencers that can help you look a specific way or hit a specific goal. My goal is to help you feel like a nimble ninja warrior in training.

Where are you on your Trek2Dawn journey?

play every day because I love the feeling of moving. It gets addicting when you are nimble and free. I am focused on calisthenics primarily inversions like handstands and backbends. I want to be consistent in maintaining my level of strength and mobility so that I can explore other sports and physical activities with ease.

What is your background?

I was born in Jamaica, Queens NYC  to immigrants from Ningbo, China. Coming to America was my parents’ dream, however settling in a new country with an entirely different culture and ways of life was a challenge—especially when my father passed away.  I was six at the time.

Since I could crawl, I have been a creature of mischief and playfulness. I danced rhythmic gymnastics for four years, swam competitively for 10 years, dragonboat racing for six years, snowboarding, surfing, yoga, acro yoga are now the many passions I’ve accumulated over the years.
